Chemistry Recruitment

Joining in May 2007 Teresa supports both the leadership and recruitment team and manages the office administration ensuring the operational effectiveness of the company.

Before starting with Chemistry in 2007 Teresa worked for Budget initially as a Sales Administration Manager and then after being presented with the opportunity to move into an international role, as an International Franchisee Coordinator. Her role as a coordinator involved organising EMEA conferences and regional meetings as well as managing the entire administration function of the EMEA franchise department.  During her time as a Franchisee coordinator Teresa acted as a central communication point and information centre for all countries and internal departments in respect of the franchisees. A skill now utilised when dealing with busy recruitment consultants, and new candidates.

Teresa plays a vital role in the success of Chemistry’s recruitment process through her supportive role to the recruitment consultants and the administration of Chemistry’s candidate & client database. Teresa is also responsible for the management of the online surveys that Chemistry use to profile their candidates. Her management and coordination of the online centre ensures that all our candidates get full feedback from their online profiling in a timely manner, a service you do not get from all recruitment companies!
