Chemistry Recruitment was asked to help grow the CarbonNeutral sales force, as with most assignments we started by trying to understand what made people successful at CarbonNeutral and by "hanging out" with the existing team and profiling their best performers we were able to distill in to a measurable format the things that made CarbonNeutral's people so great.
Armed with this information, Chemistry were able to use the right sourcing tools, including CarbonNeutral's own website to attract prospective employees.
