We are looking for someone to act as the Market Champion within the Tax and Accountancy sector and deliver the business plan which ensures an unrivalled product/solutions portfolio and growth for the Tax & Accountancy market segment.
Key Responsibilities;
• Responsibility for delivering the financial and non financial targets across the division and driving business growth within the Tax & Accountancy market segment
• Driving business development activities to ensure an unrivalled product/solutions portfolio for the market segment
• Meeting key customers to understand their needs and helping to translate these needs into a product/solutions proposition
• Developing ongoing strategic and tactical plans, analysing market dynamics, trends and opportunities and delivering initiatives and tactics in order to drive growth and penetrate the market.
• Preparing and submitting business cases, involving appropriate stakeholders, in accordance with strategic or tactical objectives
• Identifying the top “influencers” that lead opinion for the market segment and ensure that networks are developed
• Acting as cross functional ‘eyes and ears’ to provide an early warning system for problems and opportunities
• Liaising closely with other members of the leadership team to develop, define and lead the targeted culture and create a customer service focused organisation through a professional approach
