They are hiring a Sales Trainer / Sales Coach to grow the capability of Sales Managers in a B2B sales environment, on a tactical level.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales skills and training interventions to improve and develop existing talent within the business and continuing to raise the selling standard of the team. 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:

§     With steer from the Head of Training & Development, you will:

1) Define,

2) Implement, and

3) Deliver training and coaching across Sales.

 You will also: 

§     Find,own and share best practice

§     Not only design product training sessions (i.e. USPs, features & benefits,competitors etc.), but also design training sessions covering HOW to sell theproducts

§     Develop ongoing Sales career development and associated training programmes

§     On the road coaching and training

§     Manage any external suppliers

§     Liaise with the Product Knowledge team

 Other Areas of the Role:

Working with the Head of Training & Development in:

§     Impactinga wide audience in training initiatives

§     Supportin setting strategy for department

§     Buildingstrong return on investment metrics

Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 + £5k bonus + £6k car/car allowance
